About the event
In this engaging STEM class, students will dive into the fascinating world of insects! Through hands-on activities and experiments, they’ll explore the diverse roles insects play in ecosystems, their unique adaptations, and how they impact the environment. Students will investigate insect anatomy, behavior, and classification, gaining a deeper understanding of these complex creatures and the science behind them. By the end of the class, they'll have the skills of budding entomologists, ready to uncover the mysteries of the insect world!
Objectives:
Identify and classify common insects based on their physical characteristics.
Understand the role insects play in ecosystems and their environmental significance.
Explore the anatomy and behavior of insects through interactive experiments.
