Egg Drop Challenge (12+)

Ready to put your design skills to the test? In this hands-on engineering challenge, participants ages 12+ will use creativity, critical thinking, and physics to design a device that protects a raw egg from a high-impact drop. Working with limited materials, students will explore concepts like gravity, force, momentum, and energy absorption as they prototype, test, and improve their designs. Will your egg survive the fall?
