About the event
In this engaging and interactive class, students will explore the fascinating science of light and color. Through hands-on experiments, we will investigate how light travels, how rainbows are formed, and how light creates the colors we see. Students will have the opportunity to conduct experiments using prisms to create mini rainbows and explore the effects of light and shadows. This course provides a deeper understanding of the role light plays in the world around us and helps develop critical thinking and scientific inquiry skills.
Objectives:
Understand how light travels and interacts with different materials to produce colors.
Explore the science behind rainbows and the processes that create them.
Conduct hands-on experiments with prisms and light to observe color and shadow effects.
Develop curiosity and critical thinking skills by examining light's role in the natural world.
