About the event
In this playful, hands-on series, young learners (ages 3-5) will explore the building blocks of electricity and early coding through age-appropriate experiments, stories, and creative projects. Each week introduces a new concept—like completing simple circuits to make lights glow, using switches to power tiny motors, or practicing early coding skills with games that build pattern recognition, sequencing, and problem-solving. Children will tinker with light-up materials, explore cause and effect, and collaborate with peers as they bring their ideas to life.
With a blend of sensory experiences, movement, and interactive activities, this program sparks curiosity while supporting early STEM foundations. It’s the perfect introduction to how circuits work, how codes help us communicate, and how young inventors can explore the world through creativity and play!
Class meets on Tuesdays, January 6th, 13th, 20th from 1:15pm - 2:45pm
