About the event
In this hands-on and supportive STEM class, students in grades Kindergarten through fifth will explore the fascinating world of Marine Science at a comfortable pace. Through interactive, sensory-friendly activities, participants will discover ocean animals, explore underwater habitats, and learn about waves and tides in ways that are engaging and accessible. The class emphasizes exploration, creativity, and understanding, with plenty of opportunities for movement, tactile experiences, and visual learning—all designed to meet the diverse needs of every student. Together, we’ll celebrate the wonders of the ocean and the importance of protecting our marine environments.
Class Meets Wednesday October 8th AND 22nd from 4:15 - 5:15pm
